Cach lam: Cho 1 thia butter to cung voi dau an vao chao dun cho nong roi cho toi, gung, xao cho thom, roi cho bo vao xao, it nhat la cho san ca hai mat. Tiep do cho hon hop xi dau, duong, dau hao, hat tieu, 4 thia ruou nau, 3 thia dau hao, bot ga knor.Dun nho lua, sau do cho then nuoc sao cho ngap thit bo. Dun nho lua khoang 3 tieng. Khi gan an cho mot chut bot que vao. Pha 1 thia bot nang voi mut chut nuoc lanh, do vao noi de tao do quanh.
